Hawzah News Agency- Hujjat al-Islam Seyyed Hashem Safiuddin, head of Hezbollah's executive council, was a keynote speaker at a commemoration ceremony on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the martyrdom of Ahmad al-Afi and Hassan Yunus, two Lebanese martyrs, which was held by Hezbollah in Hussainiya Brital, with the presence of Bekka district official Dr. Hossein al-Nimr and party activists, as well as religious and social figures.
The Hezbollah official noted that the Israeli regime has been working for five years to create an equation by which it turns to killing and terrorist operations and targets Iranians in Syria or even inside the country, until the limit was exceeded and they pushed the limit so far.
He went on to say that with an Iranian attack, everything that the Israeli regime had built to counter Iran in this region was destroyed and it was overthrown overnight last Saturday.
The head of Hezbollah's executive council continued to say that Iran did not start to stop, but started to complete, but when and how this will happen, one needs to consider how the enemy interacts with Iran's response.
He pointed out that no one should say that The US administration pressured Israel and asked it not to respond decisively, because the response has no guaranteed results and can lead the region to unprecedented tension and escalation.
Hujjat al-Islam Safiuddin further said,” But I believe if Israel and The US knew that a strong response to the Islamic Republic of Iran would remain without a stronger response, the Americans and Europeans would support this response. Since they are all malicious and conspiring against the Islamic Republic of Iran, just as they are plotting against the resistance of Palestine and Lebanon and against all resistance in the region.”
The senior member of Hezbollah further stated that the enemy feels weak and accepted this issue and saw that it has become impossible for the settlers to return to northern Palestine, and this is what we wished for.
He concluded his speech by reiterating that despite being prepared, the resistance did not decide to expand the war and entered this battle based on the support of the oppressed people of Gaza and fought an attrition war for a seven-month period along a 100-kilometer front, which is completely unprecedented.
